Seek Bromance is a cinematic performance showing a transformative relationship between two transmasculines with very different attitudes about what masculinity can be. A trans romance situated at the end of the world.

For several years, Samira Elagoz dedicated his artistic practice to researching and filming cis-men and first encounters with male strangers while still a female artist. While former projects had him searching for masculinity as an outsider, in Seek Bromance, Elagoz does it as a fellow bro. It started from a message he received on Facebook from a mysterious male-presenting profile who turned out to be a trans guy artist and former glamour model called Cade. When Elagoz eventually realized he was a non-woman himself, he immediately knew he wanted Cade to be the one to guide him.

The theme of this collaboration became the relationship between 3 lovers, the camera being one of them. Roaming in shared isolation through a locked-down LA and Las Vegas deserts, with a car, some cash, and a supply of testosterone, the lovers explore integral dynamics of masculinity and femininity.
